Service guide
Matcha latte: Whisk 1–2 teaspoons (5 g) into a splash of hot water (≤80 °C — boiling water scorches matcha), top with 180 ml of frothed milk — dairy or plant-based (oat, coconut).
Iced matcha: Whisk the paste, pour over cold milk and ice.
