Service guide
Hot chai latte: Add 10 g of mix to 200 ml of warm milk, stir until dissolved.
Iced chai: Dissolve the mix in a small amount of hot milk, then pour over cold milk and ice.
Dirty Chai: Pull a single espresso shot into the prepared chai latte.
