Service guide
Hot chai latte: 15 g into a glass, teapot or cafetière. Steep with steamed milk (or hot water + milk to taste). Strain or serve loose-leaf.
Cold-brew chai: Steep in cold milk for 6–12 hours, strain, serve over ice.
Iced chai: Steep hot, strain, pour over cold milk and ice.
