The Club Cinnamon expression in the Bondi Chai range — a tea drink built around black tea, cinnamon, ginger, anise, vanilla and honey. Smooth, spiced, sweet enough on its own. Dissolves directly in hot milk — no brewing or simmering at the bar.
The 250 g tin is the standard café-counter format: ~25 large glasses per tin at 10 g per drink.
Hot chai latte: Add 10 g to 200 ml of warm milk, stir until dissolved.
Iced chai: Dissolve in a small amount of hot milk, then pour over cold milk and ice.
Dirty chai: Pull a single espresso shot into the prepared chai latte.
