Service guide
Matcha latte: Sift 1–2 g into a bowl, add a splash of water at 80 °C max (boiling water scorches matcha), whisk with a bamboo chasen until frothy, top with 180 ml of steamed or frothed milk — dairy, oat or coconut.
Iced matcha: Whisk the paste, then pour over cold milk and ice.
Ceremonial (usucha): Whisk 1–2 g into ~70 ml of 80 °C water until a fine foam forms.
