Service guide

Matcha latte: Whisk 1–2 teaspoons (2–3 g) into a splash of hot water (≤80 °C — boiling water scorches matcha) with a bamboo chasen, then add 180 ml of frothed milk — dairy or plant-based (oat, coconut).

Iced matcha: Whisk the paste, pour over cold milk and ice.

Dirty matcha: Pull a single espresso shot, top with the matcha–milk preparation.

Pure matcha: Whisk 2–3 g into hot water (≤80 °C) for a stand-alone matcha tea.
